My direct job responsibilities are to ensure order in the CNC department under my supervision, timely execution of production tasks, analysis of new products and development of procedures, ensure efficient planning and allocation of work tasks, solve and troubleshoot quality problems. We always listen to the solutions and suggestions that each individual has to offer. We value personal discipline and attitude to work, the rest we can teach, so don't be afraid if you have no previous experience or knowledge, you may be exactly what we are looking for!

I joined the company in 2019 as a helper on the paint line. After that I became a press operator, where I learned to weld in parallel. Now I’m a robot operator in welding. I am very satisfied with my job and enjoy doing it. We produce products that other companies in Liepaja don't. I like this. In a way we are special. We work in new modern premises with the latest equipment. The working hours are comfortable, and the attitude among colleagues and from the management is wonderful. Here you can learn a lot and grow in your professional career.
